Posted November 27, 2024 I dont head driving either. Nevertheless the distance I drive is dependent about the price, and what I am buying. I drove to KY a handful of years back to order a gun that I couldnt find anywhere else, about three.
Now I understand not as many people list on Armslist as a handful of years back since it bought pricey. I also look in the E-Classifieds (an Eastman thing) , Guns Tennessee (all free although not many listings), and Gun Owners Club (lots of listings but seems like mostly the Nashville area). Even the Eastern KY Armslist hasnt experienced a posting in 3 days. Boone NC provides a total of fifteen listings. Even Roanoke VA is bare bones these days. I dont mind traveling to buy a gun that I want, and I made many trips to Knoxville over the years which is almost two hrs away. But any farther than that and its like each day trip-lol. Nashville is four hours from me. two

I was not really looking for anything but went to look, so I don't know if there were any deals, failed to really look at prices much. I ran across an event to the show website near Westmoreland. Place called Ole Milliken Store has a gun/knife trader show every second Saturday. I plan on checking it out as I like viewing what normal people have somewhat than dealers. I am able to normally see new stuff at local dealers. 1

Just an observation I guess, considering that I look at guns for sale the entire time. I am certain lots of parents were thinking Harris (Biden,Obama,Soros etcetera) may well get the election and were holding off selling guns. two 1
Jonesborough, TN Posted November 28, 2024 I understand lots of you don't like gun shows much but went towards the gun show in Gray (NE TN) on the 17th and it had been among the list of better shows there due to the fact right before covid for distributors.

The population is just also small Agree volume is down recently. But I see it as consistent with the standard cycle where concern drops and we enter into a glut, then prices drop. AR’s can be a good indicator of overall market situation here IMO. Notice discounts and rebates are coming back post pandemic driven shortages and pricing.

But I digress... I saw a Harley for sale some time back in San Fransisco.
